Work experience does not count double in part-time roles. While having work experience can be beneficial in securing a part-time job, it is not weighted differently than in full-time positions. Employers may still value relevant work experience, skills, and qualifications when considering candidates for part-time roles, but it does not count double in terms of importance. **

The balancing of goods refers to the ethical concept of weighing the positive and negative consequences of an action in order to determine its overall moral permissibility. This involves considering the potential benefits and harms that may result from the action, and determining whether the good that may come from it outweighs any potential negative effects. The principle of double effect is a moral principle that is often used in ethical decision-making, particularly in cases where an action may have both good and bad consequences. According to this principle, an action may be morally permissible if it is intended to produce a good effect, even if it also has a foreseen but unintended bad effect, as long as certain conditions are met. These conditions typically include that the action itself is morally good or neutral, the bad effect is not the means by which the good effect is achieved, and the good effect outweighs the bad effect. **
