In American football, a blue flag typically indicates a penalty for an illegal formation or an ineligible player downfield. When a referee throws a blue flag, it signifies that there has been a violation of the rules related to player positioning or eligibility. The penalty for this infraction usually results in a loss of yardage for the offending team and a replay of the down. **

Ekko is not listed as an ADC because he is primarily designed as a melee assassin and skirmisher, rather than a ranged marksman. His kit is focused on mobility, burst damage, and crowd control, which are more suited for the mid lane or jungle roles. While Ekko can deal significant damage with his abilities and auto attacks, he lacks the sustained ranged damage output and utility typically associated with ADC champions. Therefore, he is better suited for roles that allow him to utilize his kit to its fullest potential. **

A traffic light sensor with time and light works by using a combination of sensors to detect the presence of vehicles and pedestrians at an intersection. The sensor uses a combination of timers and light sensors to determine when to change the traffic light. When a vehicle or pedestrian is detected, the sensor starts a timer to allow enough time for the vehicle or pedestrian to safely cross the intersection. The light sensor also ensures that the traffic light changes according to the ambient light conditions, such as during the day or at night. This combination of time and light sensors helps to optimize traffic flow and ensure the safety of all road users at the intersection. **

The 13 stripes on the American flag represent the original 13 colonies that declared independence from British rule and formed the United States. The stripes alternate between red and white, with the red symbolizing valor and bravery, and the white representing purity and innocence. The design of the flag was established in 1777 by the Continental Congress to symbolize the unity of the colonies in their fight for independence. **

The American flag with green stripes is a variation of the traditional American flag, with the red and white stripes replaced by green and white stripes. The green stripes typically represent environmental conservation and sustainability. The rest of the flag, including the blue field with white stars in the upper left corner, remains the same as the traditional American flag. **

A night light that shines all night is typically one that is plugged into an electrical outlet and has a built-in light sensor. This type of night light is designed to automatically turn on when it gets dark and stay on throughout the night, providing a continuous source of gentle illumination. It is a convenient option for those who prefer to have a consistent light source in their room or hallway during the nighttime hours. **
