Boxers rely on their striking abilities and agility to outmaneuver opponents, while wrestlers use their strength and grappling skills to control and dominate their opponents on the ground. Boxers typically focus on punching and footwork, while wrestlers focus on takedowns and ground control. Both sports require dedication, discipline, and physical conditioning, so the decision should be based on individual interests and strengths. **
